Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times — United States

Standard shipping: 8–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or other factors outside our control. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, email us at support@lifteskin.com and we'll look into it.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number via email once your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued.

Free standard shipping on all US orders.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be announced if and when available.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@lifteskin.com. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
