30-Day Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind our product. If the Neck Firming Roller Cream isn’t right for you, we’ll make it right — just send it back.
How it works
- Email support@lifteskin.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
- Ship the product back to us. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us immediately with a photo and we’ll send a replacement at no charge. No return required in this case.
What’s not covered
- Return requests made more than 30 days after delivery
- Products that have been used more than reasonably necessary to assess the product
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
